Welcome to Portishead Bowling Club
A Friendly Club for Bowlers of All Ages.
The Bowls Club is located on Rodmoor Road, adjacent to the Lake Grounds in Portishead.
The facilities include two greens each with its own recreation and changing facilities, a bar and
function rooms.
The site is managed by The Association of Portishead Bowling Clubs for the benefit of all the members.
Portishead Bowling Club was formed in 1964 and is affiliated to:
Somerset County Bowling Association
City & County of Bristol Bowling Association
Bowls England
For 2012 we are introducing a Club "Roll Up" morning, on Monday's at 10:30am. New members or anyone interested in taking up Bowls will be welcome at these sessions. During Autumn and Winter a number of members play indoors at the Parish Wharf Leisure Centre.
Coaching is available for anyone interested in taking up this invigorating and rewarding sport.
